At first, I felt confident in using Zipbooks at first because they had good reviews and they advertised specific catering to small business. They sold to me as, seemingly, the perfect tools to track income and expenses in all sectors of business. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pain. It did not include payroll and they were very slow to do updates. I had to call them more often than just check the app because they had not included things I was keeping track of and they werent It was not a reliable resource. Their reports were not thorough enough and it lacked some serious integration that I absolutely needed.
