I paid US Tax Shield $5,000 to help me take care of 4 years of back taxes. I was under the impression that I was in good hands. I gave them all my information, which I came well prepared to hand over, including statements, income proof, documentation, you name it. They put off meeting with me again because they claimed that they were working on financial statements. The process was taking longer than I had ever imagined. When they said that they had finished the paper work, there had been zero pertinent progress made. They tried to charge me more in order to send what I needed to the IRS. I spoke with management and multiple other higher ups, other than my consultant. Come to find out the guy had pocketed about $3,000 of what I gave him. I was furious. They tried to save him by saying it was apart of their company policy. Total BS.
