I have ordered from Universal Coin and Bullion once and only once. It was some of the worst services that I ever received. My order took a long time, they were pushing other items on me I was not interested in, and they charged a significant amount more than other places I have worked with. I did realize what they had charged me until after I received my bank statement because they added all kinds of fees that were never mentioned to me in the initial sale. When I tried to sell back because I was unhappy with the order, they refused to take it back. I counted it as a loss.
