Very deceptive and schemey. We considered a reverse mortgage on our second home with them and we assured that we would be able to keep the house as long as it was paid off in a timely manner. It was, but they did not honor their word. THey showed our account delinquent and ended up taking the home. There was nothing we could do about it, they just scammed us out of a house.
