Retriever Medical/ Dental Payments has been open for years, but was under a different name in the past because of the bad reputation that they built for themselves. They continue to give bad service and misrepresentation of sales from reps. Not everything is in the fine print and the sales representatives that they hire are taught to deceived and and take money from their customers in hidden fees. I had a handful of medical bills from my accident that I went to Retriever for. They made a fool out of me and charged me an outrageous fee for their services. they really were not helpful. When I asked for them to cancel my contract with them, they wanted to charge me an even bigger fees for termination. They have made my recovery so much more stressful than I needed.
