I had Ocean Point Managing a rental property on the coast for me because I leave in the middle east most of the year. They took care of the all the landscaping, repairs, maintenance, and the payments which they sent directly to us. Things seemed to go well the first month or so, then I was not receiving my payments. I was very adamant about the days that I wanted to receive the checks. I had 4 people renting my property that month but I only received 2 payments. Ocean Pointe withheld the checks and kept them for their own. I was already paying them and there was no reason for them to be keeping my checks. On top of that, they did not properly clean my properties after stays. One of my renters did not have clean sheets! They are bad for business. I am currently in the process of switching property management properties.
