Made our experience absolutely miserable. We worked with David Ruch himself. He took us in circles. We got nowhere for months. He ignored our calls, left town without notice, and made empty promises. We were wish we were more educated on the loan process before doing business with him because he has put us in a bad position. We would have been better off working with our bank and they even have the highest interest rates.
