Carvana – Review, Complaint and Allegation

This consumer complaint against Carvana was first published by an anonymous source at a (now defunct) website called on Sep 20, 2018.

The title of the complaint was –

Carvana, Gave Me the Wrong Car

and the user awarded a rating of 0/5 to Carvana based on his/her experience.

Here is the complete text of the review which has now been deleted from the source –

Once Carvana gets your money, you are not getting it back. I purchased a vehicle through Carvana for a change. They delivered the car in the wrong color, with the wrong engine, no upgrades, and with a dent in the side door. It was nothing I had ordered. The system took long enough and I got the car late, t was more of a struggle to contact them and to get my money back. They could have at least sent me the right car. I had paid for the upgrades and everything. I definitely did not get my monies’ worth. Team is in the process of investigating Carvana to compile as many critical reviews, scam reports, lawsuits, and litigation info related to Carvana. We will soon publish a more detailed dossier on Carvana with in-depth analysis and a final projected score for Carvana based on multiple factors.
