They demand a lot of money very little work. The work that was done, was poor quality.We did not realize this until the project was done. It did not necessarily look how we wanted, but we were not in a place to spend any more money on it. A week later we had a serious flooding problem in the bathroom.The plumbing and electric were not in line with code. hWe had a professional contractor inspect the work that Boones Home Improvement did. He determined pretty quickly that they had taken shortcuts and the electric and plumbing were not in line with code. They determined that it was going to have to be completely redone. We are now fighting with Boones to get our money back. We cant even use our bathroom until this mess is fixed!
