I had to make numerous phone calls to Amtrust, but still, nothing was resolved. They are honestly the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. I have had a claim sitting with them for 3 months! In the first call, I was told that they would take care of 100% of the damage. When I did not receive the amount, I called a week later. They told me that I was only eligible to receive 40% coverage and had to accept. At this point, I was frustrated with not having transportation to work. I still not receive their help. I called again and again until I finally got an insurer on the line that would address my situation, but I was still not covered. Awful and untrustworthy insurance company.
