I had my loan transferred from XPRESS loan services to American Education Services. I was unaware of this until I received a 60-day late fee. They did not put me on auto payment when this happened, so I was being charged for something I was unaware of.I called them right away. Customer Service was unfriendly and they accused me of being negligent and irresponsible. I was forced to pay the fees anyway and it messed of my credit. Awful company! If I could take my loan somewhere else I would.
